Unless noted otherwise, available features for all plastic fume hoods include, but are not limited to:
- Constructed from 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2” and 3/4” thick stress-relieved white polypropylene.
- Interior (standard) and exterior (optional) access panels.
- Front air foil at deck height
- Counter balanced clear sliding polycarbonate sash
- Counter balance encapsulated in polypropylene material
- Optional sash materials available
- Vapor sealed interior fluorescent light
- Front panel mounted service valves
- Standard sinks or integral sinks (optional)
- Plumbing and electrical connections provided within hood
- ASHRAE 110-1995 Tested

Counter Top (CT) Fume Hoods
The Countertop Polypropylene Exhausted Fume Hood is designed for use in Trace Metals and High Acid Digestion Labs where a non-ferrous environment is paramount to achieving exacting results. Fixtures are available along with pre-plumbing to the customer’s specifications.
Exhausted Laminar Flow (ELF) Fume Hoods
The Laminar Flow Polypropylene Exhausted Fume Hood is designed to be both ASHRAE approved for operator safety and ISO Certified for part protection. The Laminar Flow Hood provides a downward flow of clean air over the work surface, protecting the “parts” located within the hood. Room air is pulled over the front lip and into the hood’s work surface, providing operator protection. Both the down flow and inflow of air are exhausted through the sump of the hood and out the rear exhaust plenum.
Some additional available features include, but still are not limited to:
- Can meet Fed Spec 209 and ISO (optional), for contaminate control
- Product protection provided by Vertical Laminar Flow HEPA filtered air
- Fully adjustable positive air blower(s)
- Front access for HEPA Filter removal
- Magnehelic gauge: for HEPA filter supply air
- Note: Base Cabinet included, 2-door on 4’ & 5’, 3 door on 6’, 4 door on 8’hoods
- Base Cabinets vented to hood plenum
Perchloric Fume Hoods
The Perchloric Acid Use Fume Hood is designed for use in Trace Metals and High Acid Digestion Labs where a non-ferrous environment is paramount to achieving exacting results. Fixtures are available along with pre-plumbing to the customer’s specifications.
Walk In (WI) Fume Hoods
The Walk In (WI) Polypropylene Exhausted Fume Hood is designed for use in Trace Metals and High Acid Digestion Labs where a non-ferrous environment is paramount to achieving exacting results. Fixtures are available along with pre-plumbing to the customer’s specifications.
(HLCB) Horizontal Laboratory Clean Benches
Polypropylene Horizontal Laboratory Clean Benches are designed for use in Trace Metals and High Acid Digestion Labs where a non-ferrous environment is paramount to achieving exacting results. Clean Benches provide part protection only and do not provide operator protection.
